Welcome to Churros On Wheels. By requesting a quote, booking our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

SERVICES

Churros On Wheels provides on-site churro catering services for private parties, birthday celebrations, school events, corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, and other special events throughout Southern California.

QUOTES AND PRICING

All quotes provided by Churros On Wheels are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, event duration, location, menu selections, access requirements, and other event-specific factors.

Quotes do not guarantee availability until a booking has been confirmed.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

Event dates are not reserved until a signed agreement and/or required deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied toward the final balance and may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

Final payment is due according to the terms outlined in your event agreement.

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments, cash, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

EVENT ACCESS

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the event location.

Adequate space must be available for setup and operation.

If access restrictions, venue limitations, or unforeseen site conditions prevent service, additional fees may apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event date and booking agreement.

Deposits may be non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule an event will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.

WEATHER POLICY

For outdoor events, weather conditions may affect service operations.

In cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, Churros On Wheels reserves the right to modify, delay, reschedule, or cancel service.

LIABILITY

Churros On Wheels maintains appropriate business insurance; however, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific event.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, venue restrictions, utility outages, weather conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FOOD ALLERGIES

While we take reasonable precautions, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, and other ingredients.

Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and marketing materials remain the property of Churros On Wheels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may interfere with website functionality.
